AFFILIATE PROGRAMME
Affiliate Programme Terms
Effective date: 1 September 2026
1. About these Terms
These Affiliate Programme Terms govern participation in the Worth the Blush Affiliate Programme.
Worth the Blush is operated by Kathryn Blake, a sole trader established in England.
Business correspondence address: Sissinghurst, Southampton, SO19 9RT, England
Email: hello@worththeblush.co.uk
In these Terms, “Worth the Blush”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Kathryn Blake trading as Worth the Blush. “Affiliate”, “you” and “your” refer to the person whose application to join the programme has been approved.
By applying to or participating in the Affiliate Programme, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
You must provide accurate, complete and current application information. Applications are reviewed individually, and submission does not guarantee acceptance.
We may approve or decline an application at our discretion. We may also request further information before making a decision.
Your affiliate account is personal to you and must not be sold, transferred or shared without our written permission.
3. How the programme works
Approved affiliates receive access to referral links, promotional codes and other tools through the GoAffPro affiliate portal.
When an eligible customer follows a referral link or uses an authorised affiliate code, GoAffPro may attribute the resulting qualifying purchase to the relevant affiliate.
Referral tracking is subject to the customer’s cookie and privacy preferences. We cannot guarantee that every visit or purchase will be tracked.
You are responsible for checking that your referral links work correctly before publishing them.
4. Commission rate
The standard commission rate is 10% of the eligible product value.
Commission is calculated after discounts and excludes:
- Delivery charges
- Taxes, including VAT
- Gift-card purchases
- Cancelled orders
- Returned or refunded products
- Chargebacks
- Fraudulent or unauthorised transactions
- Any products or categories expressly excluded from the programme
We may offer different commission rates, bonuses or incentives for particular affiliates or campaigns. Any variation will be communicated separately and will apply only as stated.
5. Referral tracking and attribution
The standard referral-tracking period is 90 days.
Tracking begins when a visitor follows a valid affiliate referral link and accepts the relevant tracking technologies. Tracking may not operate where a visitor refuses consent, blocks cookies, changes device or browser, deletes stored data or uses technology that prevents attribution.
Unless we state otherwise, the most recent eligible affiliate referral recorded by GoAffPro will receive attribution. An authorised affiliate promotional code used at checkout may take priority over an earlier referral.
GoAffPro’s tracking records will ordinarily be used to determine attribution. We may correct an attribution where there is clear evidence of an error, misuse or fraud.
Commission is not guaranteed merely because an affiliate believes they influenced a purchase.
6. Self-purchases
Affiliates may earn commission on genuine eligible purchases made for themselves.
Self-purchases remain subject to the same commission, approval, cancellation, return and refund rules as other referred orders.
You must not:
- Create duplicate accounts to generate additional commission
- Place artificial or sham transactions
- Use false or unauthorised payment information
- Manipulate attribution or tracking
- Place orders primarily for unauthorised resale
- Arrange transactions solely to generate commission
We may review unusually frequent, high-value or bulk self-purchases and withhold commission while we investigate.
7. Pending commission and returns
Commission ordinarily remains pending for at least 45 days after the relevant order.
We may extend the pending period where:
- Delivery is delayed
- A return or refund is being processed
- A payment dispute or chargeback exists
- Fraud or programme misuse is suspected
- Further investigation is reasonably required
Commission relating to a cancelled, refunded, returned, charged-back, fraudulent or unpaid order will be declined or reversed.
If commission has already been paid, we may deduct the corresponding amount from future commission. If your account has an insufficient balance, we may request repayment.
This does not affect customers’ statutory rights.
8. Payments
The minimum ordinary payout threshold is £25 in approved commission.
Payments are normally processed monthly, on or around the 15th, using PayPal or bank transfer.
Balances below £25 will roll over into a future payment cycle.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate payment information. We are not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated details.
Payments may be delayed while we investigate suspected fraud, programme misuse, returns, chargebacks or attribution disputes.
Affiliate commission is paid in pounds sterling unless we expressly agree otherwise.
9. Taxes
You are responsible for:
- Declaring affiliate income
- Paying any applicable Income Tax, National Insurance, VAT or other liabilities
- Keeping appropriate records
- Obtaining professional tax or accounting advice where necessary
If you are VAT registered, you must notify us and provide accurate VAT information before requesting any VAT treatment.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship between you and Worth the Blush.
10. Advertising disclosure
Affiliate content must be obviously identifiable as advertising.
Where content includes or promotes an affiliate link or promotional code, you must use a clear and prominent disclosure such as “Ad”.
The disclosure must appear before or at the beginning of the promotional content, where the audience can see it before engaging with the advertisement.
Labels such as “affiliate”, “aff”, “collab” or a disclosure hidden after “more” may not be sufficiently clear.
You must comply with the CAP Code, applicable consumer-protection law and current guidance issued by the Advertising Standards Authority and Competition and Markets Authority.
You and Worth the Blush may both be held responsible for non-compliant affiliate advertising.
11. Promotional standards
All promotional content must be legal, decent, honest and truthful.
You must:
- Describe products accurately
- Use current prices and offers
- Clearly explain material conditions
- Only use promotional codes authorised for you
- Correct or remove inaccurate content promptly
- Make clear that you are an independent affiliate
- Ensure promotional content is directed towards adults
You must not:
- Make false, misleading or unsubstantiated claims
- Suggest that you are employed by Worth the Blush
- Present yourself as an official Worth the Blush account
- Guarantee product results
- Misrepresent availability, discounts or delivery times
- Promote expired, leaked or unauthorised codes
- Place Worth the Blush content alongside unlawful, discriminatory, hateful or otherwise seriously unsuitable material
- Direct Worth the Blush marketing towards children
12. Paid advertising
Paid advertising is permitted subject to these Terms.
You may bid on appropriate generic terms such as “bridal lingerie”, “nightwear” or “plus-size lingerie”.
Without our written permission, you must not bid on:
- “Worth the Blush”
- Our domain name
- Misspellings or close variations of our brand name
- Terms designed to create the impression that your advertisement is an official Worth the Blush advertisement
You must not:
- Use Worth the Blush in a domain name, subdomain or social-media username
- Impersonate our website or social accounts
- Use misleading redirects
- Use forced clicks, hidden links or automatic redirection
- Compete with our branded search campaigns
- Send traffic through deceptive or unauthorised landing pages
We may require you to amend or stop an advertisement where we reasonably believe it could harm customers, the brand or our own advertising activity.
13. Email and direct marketing
You may only send affiliate marketing emails or electronic messages to recipients where you have the necessary consent or another valid legal basis.
You must:
- Identify yourself accurately
- Make the commercial nature of the message clear
- Provide a working unsubscribe method where required
- Honour opt-out requests promptly
- Comply with UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations
Spam, purchased mailing lists and unsolicited bulk messaging are prohibited.
You must not send marketing communications that appear to come directly from Worth the Blush.
14. Brand materials and intellectual property
We may give you limited permission to use approved Worth the Blush names, logos, product images and promotional materials solely for participation in the programme.
This permission is:
- Non-exclusive
- Non-transferable
- Revocable
- Limited to the duration of your participation
You must not modify our logo, remove notices or create materials that could reasonably be mistaken for official Worth the Blush content without permission.
You must not register or claim rights in our name, logo, domain names, designs or other brand assets.
All rights remain owned by Worth the Blush or the relevant third-party owner.
You must stop using programme materials promptly when requested or when your participation ends.
15. Promotional codes
Affiliate codes may only be used and promoted as authorised.
You must not:
- Alter a code
- Publish private or restricted codes
- Submit codes to coupon websites without permission
- Claim that a code provides a greater benefit than it does
- Misrepresent its expiry date or conditions
We may change, suspend or withdraw a promotional code at any time.
Use of a code by a customer does not guarantee commission where the transaction is otherwise ineligible.
16. Team incentives and gifted products
Free products are not an automatic programme benefit.
We may offer optional team incentives, challenges, bonuses or gifted products. Each opportunity may have separate eligibility requirements, deadlines and conditions.
Unless expressly stated:
- Rewards are not guaranteed
- Products and rewards have no cash alternative
- Incentives may be amended or withdrawn before qualification
- Receipt of a gifted product does not guarantee additional commission
- Normal advertising-disclosure requirements continue to apply
Gifted products must be clearly disclosed when featured in promotional content.
17. Monitoring and records
We may monitor affiliate links, codes, advertisements and publicly available promotional content to administer and protect the programme.
You must provide reasonable information where we investigate:
- Suspected fraudulent orders
- Misleading advertising
- Unauthorised code promotion
- Paid-search activity
- Attribution disputes
- Breaches of these Terms
You must not interfere with tracking, security or programme administration.
18. Suspension and termination
You may leave the programme by contacting hello@worththeblush.co.uk.
We may suspend or terminate your participation where:
- You breach these Terms
- Your content creates a legal, reputational or customer-safety risk
- We suspect fraud or manipulation
- Your account remains inactive for an extended period
- Continuing the relationship is no longer commercially appropriate
- We discontinue the programme
Serious breaches may result in immediate termination.
Following termination:
- You must stop presenting yourself as a Worth the Blush affiliate
- You must remove affiliate links, codes and restricted brand materials
- Pending commission remains subject to validation
- Fraudulent or ineligible commission will not be paid
- Valid approved commission will ordinarily be included in a final payment
Provisions intended to continue after termination, including confidentiality, intellectual property, liability and repayment obligations, will remain effective.
19. Data protection
We process affiliate information to assess applications, administer accounts, track referrals, calculate commission, make payments, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
GoAffPro provides technology used to operate the programme.
Further information about the personal information we collect, lawful bases, recipients, international processing, retention periods and individual rights is provided in the Worth the Blush Privacy Policy.
You must comply with applicable data-protection and electronic-marketing law when processing personal information through your promotional activities.
You must not collect personal information on our behalf unless we have expressly authorised you to do so in writing.
20. Confidentiality
Information clearly identified as confidential, or which should reasonably be understood to be confidential, must not be disclosed or used outside the programme without permission.
Confidential information may include unreleased products, campaign plans, private promotional codes, commission arrangements and non-public commercial information.
This does not prevent disclosure required by law.
21. Independent relationship
You participate as an independent contractor.
Nothing in these Terms creates:
- An employment relationship
- A partnership
- A joint venture
- An agency relationship
- Authority for you to enter contracts or make commitments on our behalf
You are responsible for your own activities, expenses, equipment, insurance and legal compliance.
22. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that restriction, we are not liable for:
- Lost profits or anticipated commission
- Loss of opportunity
- Loss caused by tracking being unavailable or blocked
- Third-party platform interruptions
- Indirect or consequential loss
- Content or claims published by an affiliate
Our total liability arising from the Affiliate Programme will not exceed the total commission paid or payable to you during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
23. Changes to the programme
We may change the programme, commission arrangements or these Terms.
Where a change materially affects existing affiliates, we will provide reasonable notice through email, the affiliate portal or another appropriate method.
Continuing to participate after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
Changes will not normally reduce commission already approved before the change takes effect.
24. Transfer
ou may not transfer your account, rights or obligations without our written permission.
We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a sale, restructuring or transfer of the Worth the Blush business, provided this does not unfairly reduce your existing rights.
25. Severability and waiver
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
26. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with any expressly incorporated campaign or incentive terms, constitute the agreement between you and Worth the Blush concerning the Affiliate Programme.
