SHOPPING WITH CONFIDENCE
Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how orders placed with Worth the Blush are accepted, processed, delivered and supported.
Last updated 1st September 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply when you access our website or purchase products from Worth the Blush.
Please read them carefully before placing an order. By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any rights you have under UK consumer law.
2. About Worth the Blush
Worth the Blush is a UK online lingerie retailer operated by Kathryn Blake, a sole trader trading as Worth the Blush.
Business address:
Kathryn Blake trading as Worth the Blush

United Kingdom
Email: hello@worththeblush.co.uk
Worth the Blush is not currently registered for VAT.
3. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through Worth the Blush.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where we reasonably believe that the age requirement has not been met.
4. Products and Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, sizes, colours, specifications and prices are accurate.
Images are provided for illustrative purposes. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and product-production variations.
Sizing may vary between brands and manufacturers. Any size guide or sizing advice is provided to assist your choice but cannot guarantee a particular fit.
Product packaging, branding and minor product details may occasionally change without materially affecting the product’s quality or intended use.
All products are subject to availability.
5. Placing an Order
You are responsible for checking your basket, delivery address, email address, selected delivery service and payment details before submitting an order.
After placing an order, you should receive an acknowledgement email. This email confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean that the order has been accepted.
A binding contract is formed only when we send you confirmation that the order has been dispatched.
If an order contains multiple products that are dispatched separately, a contract is formed for each product when its dispatch is confirmed.
6. Refusing or Cancelling an Order
We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including where:• A product is unavailable.• Payment has not been authorised.• There is an obvious pricing or product-description error.• We cannot deliver to the supplied address.• We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised payment activity.• The order breaches a purchasing restriction or these terms.• We reasonably believe that the customer is under 18.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled product and any applicable delivery charge.
7. Prices and Tax
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include all taxes applicable to the sale.
Worth the Blush is not currently VAT registered. VAT invoices are therefore not available.
Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout before you submit your order.
We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order that has already been dispatched, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
8. Obvious Pricing Errors
Despite taking reasonable care, a product may occasionally be listed with an incorrect price.
If an obvious pricing error is identified before dispatch, we may cancel the affected product and issue a refund or contact you to ask whether you wish to continue at the correct price.
We are not required to supply a product at an obviously incorrect price where the error could reasonably have been recognised.
9. Promotional and Affiliate Codes
Promotional and affiliate codes are subject to their stated terms, availability and expiry date.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
Only one promotional or affiliate code may be used per order.
Codes cannot be combined with another offer or code.
A code has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
A code must be entered correctly during checkout and cannot normally be added after an order has been submitted.
A code may exclude certain products, brands, categories, delivery charges or sale products.
Minimum-spend requirements are calculated after excluded products and other discounts have been deducted.
If a returned or cancelled item causes the order to fall below a qualifying threshold, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the promotion that would have applied to the retained products.
Some promotional codes are assigned to Worth the Blush affiliates. If you use an authorised affiliate code, the related order may be attributed to that affiliate and the affiliate may receive commission.
You must not knowingly use a code that has been obtained, published or distributed without authorisation.
We may reject or cancel a code where we reasonably believe it is expired, unauthorised, technically invalid, being misused or connected with fraudulent activity.
We may withdraw or amend a promotion before an order is placed. This will not affect a discount already applied to an accepted order unless the order or code use was fraudulent or clearly unauthorised.
9A. Affiliate Referrals and Attribution
Worth the Blush operates an Affiliate Programme using GoAffPro.
If you visit our website through an affiliate referral link or use an authorised affiliate code, an eligible purchase may be attributed to the relevant affiliate. The affiliate may receive commission from Worth the Blush.
Affiliate commission does not add an additional charge to your order. Any customer discount will be shown separately during checkout.
Where you have provided the relevant cookie consent, GoAffPro may use referral cookies or similar technologies to record the referring affiliate and attribute an eligible purchase for up to 90 days.
If you refuse or withdraw consent, block or delete cookies, change browser or device or otherwise prevent tracking, referral-link attribution may not operate. An affiliate code entered at checkout may still identify the affiliate separately.
Referral attribution, commission approval and any dispute between Worth the Blush and an affiliate do not:
Change your contract with Worth the Blush
Make the affiliate a party to your purchase
Affect the price confirmed when your order is accepted, except for a clearly displayed discount
Reduce your cancellation, return, refund or other statutory rights
Further information about referral tracking and the information processed through GoAffPro is available in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include debit or credit card, WooPayments, PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Payment must be authorised before an order can be dispatched.
Payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy policies, eligibility requirements, fraud checks or credit assessments. If you choose a buy-now-pay-later provider, your repayment agreement is with that provider.
We do not store your complete payment-card number or card security code.
11. Delivery Area
We currently deliver only to eligible addresses within the United Kingdom.
We do not currently offer international delivery.
Any delivery restrictions will be shown on the website or during checkout before the order is submitted.
12. Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are normally processed within one to three working days.
Delivery estimates begin when the order is dispatched, not when it is submitted. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and UK bank holidays unless a specific Saturday service has been purchased.
Delivery times are estimates unless a service is expressly described as guaranteed. Events outside our reasonable control may occasionally cause delay.
If products are dispatched separately, you may receive more than one parcel and tracking reference. You will not be charged additional delivery fees solely because we divide an order into multiple parcels.
13. Delivery Options and Charges
The delivery services currently available may include:• Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £5.00• Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £6.00• FedEx Next Working Day — £7.99• FedEx by 12:00 Noon Next Working Day — £12.99• Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1:00pm — £13.49• Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday — £15.49
Free standard UK delivery is available where the qualifying order value is over £50 or where a valid free-delivery promotion or coupon applies.
Available services, prices and estimated times are confirmed during checkout. A service may be unavailable for certain addresses, dates, products or parcel sizes.
14. Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
We are not responsible for a failed or delayed delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer, although we will provide reasonable assistance in trying to resolve the issue.
Additional delivery costs may apply if a parcel is returned and must be sent again because the supplied address was incorrect or delivery was not accepted.
15. Risk and Ownership
Responsibility for the goods passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive it.
Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.
If you independently instruct the delivery provider to leave a parcel in a nominated safe place, with a neighbour or at another location, responsibility may pass when delivery is completed in accordance with that instruction.
16. Missing, Delayed or Damaged Deliveries
Please check tracking information and the delivery location before reporting a parcel as missing.
If an order is missing, delayed, damaged in transit or appears incomplete, contact hello@worththeblush.co.uk with:• The name used for the order.• Your Worth the Blush order number.• The relevant tracking details.• A description of the issue and photographs where the parcel or product is damaged.
Where possible, please sign visibly damaged parcels as “damaged” and notify us promptly. Requesting notification within 24 hours helps us investigate transit damage, but it does not remove or reduce your statutory rights.
We will contact the relevant delivery provider and investigate. Any investigation will be handled within a reasonable period and will not prevent you from receiving a remedy where one is required by law.
17. Your Right to Cancel
As an online customer, you normally have the right to cancel your purchase without giving a reason.
The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you other than the delivery provider, receives the goods.
If products from one order are delivered on different days, the period normally ends 14 days after receipt of the final product.
To cancel, you must send us a clear statement before the cancellation period ends. You can email hello@worththeblush.co.uk or use the model cancellation form at the end of these terms.
You then have 14 days after notifying us to return eligible goods.
18. Hygiene-Sealed Products
The legal right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.
This may apply to products such as briefs, thongs, bodystockings, hosiery and other intimate products where a hygiene seal, protective strip, hygiene label or sealed packaging forms part of the product’s hygiene protection.
Please inspect hygiene-sensitive products before removing or breaking any seal, protective strip, hygiene label or sealed packaging.
If the hygiene protection has been removed, broken or unsealed, the product cannot be returned for a change of mind.
This exception does not remove your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
19. Condition of Change-of-Mind Returns
Eligible products should be returned unworn, unwashed, unmarked and with all tags, labels, hygiene protection and original packaging intact.
You may inspect a returnable product only as you reasonably would in a physical shop. We may reduce a refund to reflect a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and fit.
Cosmetics, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, bodily fluids or other marks may make a product unsuitable for resale and may result in a lawful reduction where the statutory requirements for that deduction are met.
Please do not return an item before contacting us for the correct return instructions and address. Contacting us for instructions does not extend the cancellation deadline; your cancellation statement must still be sent within the applicable period.
20. Return Postage
For a change-of-mind cancellation, you are responsible for the direct cost and safe return of the goods.
We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage. You remain responsible for the return until it is received.
Where a product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect, we will meet reasonable return costs or provide an appropriate return method where required by law.
21. Change-of-Mind Refunds
For a valid cancellation, we will refund the price paid for eligible returned goods and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
If you selected an enhanced or express delivery service, we are not required to refund the amount above the cost of standard delivery.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or receive evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
The refund will normally be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or acceptable evidence of return. It will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
22. Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Products
We are required to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed, contact hello@worththeblush.co.uk with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where reasonably possible.
Reporting visible damage or shortages within 24 hours helps us investigate promptly, but it is not a condition of your statutory rights.
Depending on the circumstances and the time since delivery, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement, price reduction or another remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Hygiene restrictions do not remove statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
23. Sale Products
Sale products have the same statutory rights as full-price products. The hygiene-seal exception may still apply where an eligible sealed hygiene product has been unsealed after delivery. A product is not considered faulty solely because of a defect or imperfection that was clearly disclosed before purchase and formed the reason for the price reduction.
24. Product Availability
Stock information is updated regularly, but placing a product in your basket does not reserve it.
If a product becomes unavailable after you order but before dispatch, we may contact you regarding an alternative or cancel the affected product and issue a refund.
We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
25. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may suspend or change parts of the website for maintenance, security, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for losses caused solely by temporary website unavailability where we have taken reasonable care.
26. Intellectual Property
The Worth the Blush name, branding, website design, written content, graphics and original materials are owned by or licensed to us.
You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, scrape, republish or commercially exploit website content without permission.
Product names, images and trademarks belonging to brands or suppliers remain the property of their respective owners.
27. Acceptable Use
You must not: •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, accounts or administrative systems. •Introduce malicious code, viruses or harmful technology. •Use automated tools to scrape prices, products, images or customer information without permission. •Place fraudulent orders or use payment information without authorisation. •Use the website in a manner that breaks the law or interferes with another person’s use of it.
28. Our Responsibility
We do not exclude or limit responsibility where doing so would be unlawful, including responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or breach of your statutory consumer rights.
We are responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses arising from a purchase made wholly or mainly for commercial purposes.
Nothing in these terms affects any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
29. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, transport disruption, industrial action, telecommunications failure, cyber incidents, government action or interruption to essential services.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the event and keep affected customers informed.
If a significant delay occurs, you may have the right to cancel and receive a refund for products not supplied.
30. Personal Information, Cookies and Affiliate Tracking
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
These policies explain:
What information we collect
Why and how it is used
Who it may be shared with
How long it may be retained
How cookies and similar technologies are used
How affiliate referrals may be tracked
How you can manage optional-cookie consent
The data-protection rights available to you
Optional affiliate-tracking technologies will only be used where the relevant consent has been provided.
You can change or withdraw optional-cookie consent at any time through the cookie-preferences control displayed on the website.
31. Complaints
If you are unhappy with an order or our service, please contact:
Email: hello@worththeblush.co.uk
Please include your name, order number and a clear description of the concern.
We aim to acknowledge customer-service enquiries within one working day during our normal working hours of 10:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
We will investigate complaints fairly and aim to provide a clear response within a reasonable period.
32. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our services, suppliers, payment methods or legal requirements.
The terms applicable to an order are normally those published when the order is placed. Updated terms will not retrospectively alter a contract already formed unless required by law or agreed with you.
33. Transfer of Rights
We may transfer our rights or obligations under these terms where this does not reduce your contractual or statutory rights.
You may only transfer your rights under an order to another person with our written agreement, except where the law permits otherwise.
34. Severability
If a court or competent authority finds part of these terms unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
35. No Waiver
If we delay enforcing a right, this does not mean that we have waived that right. A waiver will only apply where it is confirmed clearly in writing.
36. Governing Law
These terms and any contract between you and Worth the Blush are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain the protection of any mandatory consumer laws applicable where you live.
Proceedings may be brought in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, in the courts serving the part of the UK in which you live.
